As a mom myself, I know how fast time flies and the importance of bottling up every moment of your child's life. The first few hours of your baby's life are a total blur, and in six months, you might not remember how dark their hair was those first few days, how wrinkly their knees were, or how perfectly tiny they felt when you held them in your arms. That's why I'm a big believer in Fresh 48 Newborn Sessions. As your child grows & changes at the speed of light, you can pull out those photos and instantly relive those moments & feel every emotion all over again!

I know how precious this time with your little one is, and how personal those first few days are. I take the utmost care when entering your sacred family space. I strive to make your experience as comfortable and seamless as possible, ensuring you'll come away with heirloom images to last a lifetime.

Hey mama

If a hospital session isn't a possibility or if you would prefer something else- I also offer in-home lifestyle sessions and studio sessions in duluth, mn. These are great for families that want to include siblings or pets at their own home.

I'll walk you through how to prepare for both of these sessions, so no need to worry! The most important thing is documenting this life you created and all the love surrounding your family.

In-Home + Studio sessions

I currently offer Fresh 48 sessions, which are natural light hospital sessions taking place within the first 24-48 hours of your little one being earthside.

Those first two days are a beautiful blur, and your baby will be growing before your eyes. I’ll be there to capture those special moments: Every wrinkle, yawn, and all those tiny toes & fingers!

I also offer in home or in studio lifestyle sessions in the Duluth area.

What style of Newborn Photography do you offer?

Fresh 48 sessions take place at the hospital during daylight hours. I am currently available to clients planning to give birth in Duluth, MN, Superior, WI and the immediate surrounding area.

If you opt for a studio session, these take place in Duluth.

Once you have booked a session & are approaching your due date, we'll stay in close contact about how things are progressing. You will notify me when you go into labor (typically via text message) and then again once the baby is born. I’ll keep in touch and let you know when I’ll be arriving (within 24-48 hours of birth).

How will you know when to come to the hospital?

I highly encourage parents to be present in some of their newborn's photos. Those sweet interactions between you & your little one are truly priceless! Siblings are also welcome to come & celebrate their new brother or sister. Hospital rooms are small, so I like to keep things intimate by allowing immediate family only.

Who can be in the photos?

Let's chat! Inquire here for details.

I'm not giving birth at a hospital, but would love to do a Fresh 48 session! Can I still book?

Sessions average around 45 minutes, though this may vary depending on your baby's needs. Feedings, diaper changes, and nurse check-ins are all normal, and I'm happy to work around them!

How long does a Fresh 48 session last?

Clean & crisp, with a nod toward timeless film photography.

I aim for luminous, natural-looking skin tones, with the hope that your images will remain timeless through the decades!

Typically, your baby will be born with a few blemishes or some baby acne (this is normal & natural!). During the editing process, I’ll soften the skin and ensure the tones are even and natural-looking.

What is your editing style like?

You'll receive 2-3 sneak peeks within a week! Your full gallery of 30-40 finished images will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

When will we receive our photos?

Get in touch here! Once I've confirmed my availability with you & answered any additional questions, I'll send your online booking link.

Once you've signed the contract and made your 50% non-refundable retainer payment, your booking is official! The remaining balance will be due one month before your baby's due date.
